Absolutely brilliant. We had this company for our wedding at the Bridge Inn Topsham. We'd been let down and by another one and she stepped in last minute, nothing was too much trouble. The room looked fantastic and in plenty of time before our ceremony too. Highly recommended.

DO NOT USE. Absolutely dreadful. Ordered a large amount of balloons for a party. Agreed a drop of time of 12pm. The woman didn't turn up until 3.5 hours later. We phoned and emailed her several times to find out where she was. She lied to us more than once telling us she was 'five minutes away' and 'pulling into the car park now', when in actuality it was another hour before she arrived. Due to the lateness and the tightness of our own schedule, we had to make other decorative arrangements, so when she arrived we told her we would no longer be wanting the balloons and would require a full refund. She agreed, apologised and told us we would have our refund by the following Monday morning. However since this point of contact she has avoided us at every turn, not responded to any of our attempts at communication and STILL hasn't paid us our refund (the event was in November, its now April). We were appalled by the lack of work ethic and would warn everyone we can to stay away from this vendor.
