We had a Valentine's Takeaway, first time using the app to order and collect... Been a while since had food from Essence. Found it to be very good and of excellent Value. Simple to order and ready at the time I asked for. The service from the staff was a good as ever. I found that they were dressed for work in these CoVid times a nice touch of class.

Excellent service, food was fabulous- Shame about the manager, needs to go on a customer care course, basic understanding what the customer is asking without being rude and abrupt would be helpful! Other staff were fantastic!!Good night out
