Due to cancer treatment, I was put into an early menopause. I contacted Kate to help with my hot sweats. Not only have they reduced in frequency, but in heat intensity too, in such a short time! Kate has also helped with so many other issues I'm experiencing. She always goes the extra mile and brings a calmness to me with her genuine empathy. I look forward to her coming, as I know I will feel relaxed and soothed. She is first class in what she does and I have recommended her to my husband and my parents, who now all have treatments with Kate.

I cannot recommend Kate enough for her amazing work, she is fantastic! A friend of mine recommended Kate and I was initially unsure about it because I don’t like needles and I don’t understand how acupuncture can work. All I can say is I’m so pleased that I did decide to give it a go, it works wonders. Kate is a lovely person who is always welcoming. I’ve been attending 5 months now and I always come away feeling amazing, very calm and relaxed. I love how Kate can identify my problem/weak areas just by taking my pulses and looking at my tongue. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2016 and I have felt terrible in the past, suffering from fatigue, headaches, dizziness, tingling and numbness. I cannot imagine life without acupuncture.
First went to Kate for a knee injury, not only did the pain go away meaning I could once again kneel down, walk down stairs properly etc but the scar reduced as well. ... Still see Kate regularly but now for relaxation, well being and massage. ... Would recommend Kate whether you have an injury, other issue or just want some relaxation time.
