Hügel place in Essen, NRW , i have been in NRW since last 6 month and almost visited every place but did not find this kind of happiness that i found at this place. This place is really great as it is situated at ruhr river. Even atmosphere is too good to make yourself calm and stressless. If you are in NRW then you should visit this place once. Even the train connection from Essen main station is also quick such that you can reach to this place very easily.

When we went, it was cloudy but warm enough and there was some sort of a rowing event, fun to watch, as a result finding a parking spot was very very difficult. There was a big preparation underway for summer and looks like coming here later in the year will be an absolute delight.
