Worst... Discrimination, bad attitude, horrible behaviour, xenophobic policies and the worst bank I have every encountered. Unfortunately I have been their client for around 4 pathetic years Had I encountered and tolerated their discriminatory actions against me. They have refused and declined me services several times. Still I was determined not to he bothered untill today as I had enough and asked to talk to manager they allegedly promised that he/she will call me but ofc it didnt happen. If you are a foreigner you shouldn't accept and encourage this behaviour. They should just write a sign for Fins only or white, blondes and blue eye. Sadly there is no less than 1 star! But this should be the beginning of a change.

Waste of time with loan application meeting - according some \internal\ unpublished policy S-Bank provide loan discussions only with Finnish- or Swedish-speaking persons. Nothing personal - just some rules.
