Are you looking for a place to disrespect you and lie to you in your face? Nordea Sello branch is a very perfect choice then! I like Nordea Bank very much, but this branch has very rude personnel. They told me I can go there without booking an appointment for activating my e-authentication and when I arrived there, they didn't open the door. After talking to the customer service of Nordea, they told me we never said something like this. I waited outside for 20 minutes to hear lies! Don't get me wrong, Nordea is an amazing bank, but staff of this branch? They are amazing in lying to your face and disrespect you!

Personally I have had only negative service in here. Same with my wife. This was one of the reason why I decided to change the bank.
