It has been three weeks since I applied to open bank account their and it isn't done yet Worst experience ever Editing the post with the second time I deal with this bank This is the worst bank in the history of banks, I can't believe how disfunctional they managed to be It took 2 months to open a a bank account After that when I I try to ask customer service they give wrong information The bank branch doesn't have cache deposit or currency exchange and doesn't issue bank statements why the hell is it open then??!!!!!!!

The staff are courteous, but not very efficient. I entered at 9:54 am and got the token number 205. The running number was 201 or 4 people ahead of me. I had gone to activate secure authentication as I'd just received my Finnish ID card. Its 10:45 as I'm typing this review. Hope I'm attended before 1 hr passes. Given a choice, I'd do this online. Hail automation. EDIT: I was served in 52 mins. So increased star rating to 3.
I had a horrible experience w/ this bank. First of all, I had to wait eons before acquiring my bank card. Also when I tried to deposit cash to my account, they told me I can't do it at the branch and the lady gave me an address to some other place to do the deposit. And to add insult to injury I had a debt to pay off for Securitas Oy. How the firetruck was I supposed to pay the debt if I can't even deposit to my account! !?? The staff are friendly, however other than that, the service is not so great. ️ To improve customer service, I'll suggest allowing customers to deposit at the branches.
The efficiency could get improved.
it took me ages to find the bank because the area and ainoa mall is super confusing and in the end i couldn't even get to the bank trough the mall(even though i was supposed to???) the bank service was fast and efficient though
An elderly man was directed to an office in Helsinki to get assistance in paying a bill. Open only from 10:00 to 16:30 (except for some customers). No service here if you are representing an organization.
This is probably the most short-staffed bank in the whole world. Nothing happens in the bank. Two things boggle my mind: 1) why do employees accept the conditions, 2) why do customers accept the conditions.
One of leading banks in Finland, though Swedish-owned. This location is the bank's Tapiola branch. Money talks. Sometimes the bank makes mistakes. And I myself have made multiple claims against their mistakes. The big boss of the bank has his own famous saying: only 5% of the customers bring money to the bank, while the rest 95% only shoe-sands.
