I would highly recommend Luxe Smart Homes. It has been one of the best customer experiences I have ever had and so refreshing to have someone really care about their work. I used Luxe to upgrade our very slow internet system. Rich from Luxe explained clearly what work was need to be done and produced a quote very promptly. Rich kept us informed of what was happening leading up to the install day to make sure we had little internet down time on the day of install. On the day the boys arrived on time, they worked swiftly and cleanly (even tidying up the tech cupboard - Thank you!). Unfortunately there was a problem which turned out to be the internet providers issue nothing to do with Luxe but Rich worked tirelessly even coming out on weekends and evenings until he managed to solve the issue. We now have lightning speed internet and everything is working beautifully. Thank you Luxe for amazing service, a tidy tech cupboard and speedy internet!

I asked Richard of Luxe Smart Homes to design and install smart home technology into a 1930s house we were renovating. Richard is meticulous in both the design and construction and provides a high level of service to ensure the connectivity works and that you understand how it works. We now have a home that is ‘smart’ and connects TV, sound (Sonos), internet (FTTP), shading and security.
