Great to have such a wonderful local resource. Everyone please use it so it doesn't disappear! However, there are a few areas it could improve. The first major one is that it doesn't have a loo which makes it very difficult to stay all day to study, or for older people/parents with young children. Esher Library, could you please consider opening your toilet to the public? It would make the library so much more user friendly. Having to go down to a coffee shop isn't practical for a lot of people, including those with disabilities such as myself. The other one is the noise level. While it's understandable that visiting children will make noise, the librarians themselves speak very loudly and don't seem to try to keep their voices low. This somewhat ruins the whole purpose of a library, that it is a quiet communal space for us to read and study or work. I hope this can be improved so that it would be an even better communal space.

The library itself is nice, if a little small. But the staff are SOOOO loud, as a student who came to the library to get work done in a quiet place, they make so much noise either laughing or talking loudly. I find it very hard to focus.
