Love working on my stamp collection

It is very hard to get a hold of someone. They will answer and then hang up, someone answered saying they were cleaning the toilets? and that there was brown water everywhere and then hung up? Not really a professional establishment. I just wanted some information on the company and if they could help me out in regards to a stamp collection. I do not recommend using this company and instead trying somewhere else, perhaps somewhere more professional and that wants customers and actually help their customers.
what a jerk. talked down on my grandmothers stamps and then accused me of stealing them. horrible person
