24telecom is al jaren onze partner voor telecommunicatie, dus telefonie en PIN. Sinds kort hebben wij de complete installatie van camerabeveiliging en WIFI door hen laten doen. Ze gebruiken eerste klas materiaal, dus nu zeer scherpe beelden, tegen aantrekkelijke prijzen. Maar dat is niet het belangrijkste. Het meeste belangrijkste is dat ik niet met een logge firma bezig ben, maar bij problemen nemen zij direct de telefoon op en lossen ze het direct op. Ook als het een probleem van buitenaf is. Onlangs is 24 Telecom bij ons camera's komen plaatsen en dat is erg goed bevallen. In het voortraject dachten ze pro-actief mee over hoe we het beste resultaat zouden krijgen en welke technieken hiervoor beschikbaar waren. Ook keken ze naar kosten-baten en gaven hierin een eerlijk advies. Tijdens de plaatsing zijn het fijne mensen om over de vloer (en onder de vloer, haha) te hebben. Ze zijn zorgvuldig, denken oplossingsgericht en behandelen de klus alsof ze dit bij hen thuis aan het installeren zijn. Het resultaat is een prima functionerend camerasysteem wat niet lastig te bedienen is en waarvan de kabels allemaal netjes weggewerkt zijn. Heel blij met hun dienstverlening.
