Tim is so great at his job. He stays up to date on his knowledge of health and fitness. He helps you with a full variety of fitness, diet and all around Heath. Tim is such a delight to work with. He is genuine and very trust worthy. I am not a person that loves the working out experience, I am more in to team sports but need the extra help to stay in shape. Tim has always done his best to work with me on what I need and want. He make things a lot easier to actually stick with the exercise experience. Tim has a wonderful sense of humour and is a all round caring man that is very good at what he does.
