Our girls attended both the daycare/preschool and summer camp at Eureka Kids Caledon. We (and they) loved their time there! Our oldest was ahead of the curriculum when she started school and the transition was seamless. The country setting provided lots of opportunities to interact with nature for both of them. During camp, our oldest became completely comfortable in the water from swimming in the pond and inflatable pool and loves showing off the yoga moves Emily taught her to this day.

I highly recommend Eureka Kids School in Caledon! When we discovered Eureka, we were so impressed with what we saw, that we pulled our daughter out of SK part-time, so that both she and her younger brother could attend. Thanks to the head-start she received with their academic program, the transition into grade one was a breeze! Currently six years old, she loves to read chapter books independently, has beautiful printing, and breezed through addition & subtraction, moving on to multiplication & division. When our son began at Eureka, his self-confidence was at an all-time low. The teachers there are so caring, and pay close attention to the social dynamics between the children. They are always ready to share insights and observations, and to receive requests or feedback. Their nurturing style has really supported our son's return to the loving, creative, happy boy we knew. We love the country setting, with lots of opportunity to be outside and explore nature. Children are given lots of freedom to create their own games and discover new skills. I can't speak highly enough of Jana (owner)! She is so passionate about children and has dedicated her life to this calling. She is deeply integrated in the day-to-day activities at Eureka and maintains a very high standard of care from her staff. You can see that she cares personally for each and every child, and observes their play with joy and curiosity. She celebrates their journey through life without reservation! We have also become friends with many of the wonderful families that we met here!
I can't say enough about what a special place this is! Eureka Kids School allows kids to have fun while exploring, creating, socializing and most importantly learning. Jana, the owner of Eureka is so passionate about helping each and every child reach their highest potential. We have 2 children ages 4 and 6 and both of them started at Eureka Kids at less than 2 years of age. We have watched them grow into bright little people. My eldest is now in Grade 1 and is excelling at her new school thanks to the wonderful learning program she was a part of while at Eureka. Our youngest is still there where we intend to keep him at least part-time during his JK & SK years so that he too, may get the very best start. Jana and her staff provide such a loving and nurturing environment, and treat the kids as if they were one of their own. And you can't beat the hills, fields, forest and pond for running, jumping, playing and just being kids! Our kids love this school!!
Our son has attended Eureka for the last 3 years and it has been the best experience for him and for us. He has had the opportunity to learn in a loving environment and we are all treated like family. At four, he is learning to read and do math and he already has a good base to begin SK in the fall. We decided to keep him at Eureka for his JK year and have not regretted it. As well as the education he has received he has been able to enjoy the wonderful outdoor country environment. The best review comes from my son when I pick him up and he says \I'm not ready to go home yet!
We fell in love with Eureka Kids in Caledon, as soon as we stepped on the property. A country environment with an academic focus. Our son started a year ago when he was 15 months old, he loves it! We noticed that he developed fine motor skills very quickly. He has learned so much from the teachers and just being around the other kids and he interacts very well. He also has a great sense of independence. Lukas loves circle time and all the other activities they do including a lot of time outdoors. Jana and her staff are awesome with kids of all ages, learning styles and temperaments. Kids are always engaged, learning and having fun in a loving environment. We would highly recommend Eureka Kids, we are so grateful to have found such a wonderful place. Our daughter will be joining in the new year.
