Misdiagnosed my dog 4x, giving me a variety of pain killers that did nothing to treat my dog's lameness. After racking my bills up of upwards of 1000, I was advised to get X-Ray diagnostics to which gave no indication of why my dog was limping. After a couple months of \treatment\ from this facility, I decided to take my dog to Graham Animal Hospital. I was informed the x-rays weren't useful, as the images were not very clear. The Vet there decided to run another set of x-rays, and finally determined the REAL cause of the issue to which they gladly treated at a fair price. I am all for trial and error, but pumping my dog full of drugs is not okay to me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Dr Footman seems like a kind man, but it is definitely time for him to retire. His younger staff members are unprofessional and rude. There is only one lady who has been helpful there.

We have been taking our pets to Dr. Footman for over 20 years. He is the absolute best vet. Kind and caring to the animals and their humans. I can't imagine going anywhere else with my fur babies.
Didn't diagnose my horse, just gave meds without verifying cause of medical issues and harmed my horse irrevocably. When confronted he denied what he had done, although it was witnessed by staff. Tries to be charming but this covers the fact he is neither honest nor unprofessional.
