Just picked up my auction buys from Erin agriculture hall. Have enjoyed Erin Auction house for years. Bidding online is ok but I wait for full opening and interaction with staff at Erin Auctions. Their auctioneers were fun and knowledgable. Now online they bring their expertise and professionalism with them. Always a pleasure to deal with them. Pick up and payment made easy. I encourage everyone to look them up and get bidding.

Pay close attention to photos! They told me after I could have come and looked in person preview. Good to know. Damages were conveniently not photographed in the 3 photos. Was offered a \credit\ on one lot and they quickly tried to keep the items. Id rather have the items then see them re sell it damaged and undisclosed. The lot I came for in the 1st place, i e the other lots I wouldnt have bid on otherwise. Waste of time and gas. The place smells like cigarettes smoke and the host admitted they smoke in there a bit. I will think again before bidding. - justify it how you will I am entitled to review my experience honestly. Update : Banned their own customer for making an honest review.
Interesting place although during COVID-19 is all online
As a first time participant in an online auction of any kind, I was very pleasantly surprised as to how simple everything was once I got registered and began bidding . It was amazing how well thiught out everything was and how it emailed me anytime someone outbid my bid! It also provide me with an ongoing total of what my running total was, and would update it instantly if I chose to hit the refresh button. A very enjoyable fun experience i would highly recommend to anyone that has hesitations. The people I spoke to on the phone on 2 occasions, were extremely polite and helpful! I can't wait to pick up my rare coins and other fun stuff I got as gifts, largely for my grandchildren! You will love it because it's so user friendly and self explanatory. Cheers, Mark Courtney
This review specifically relates to their plant auctions. They post the disclaimer that the plants are not exactly as pictured which is not unexpected but what they don't do is tell you that the picture may be of 100 plants and you're bidding on 10. We arrived to pick up what we thought were going to be 4 flats of plants and instead wound up with less than 1/2 a flat. The operator did refund us on one of the plants without difficulty and willingly offered to take all of them back. Having driven 30 minutes to get there we kept the balance but won't be bidding again.
