I remember when Pastor Gaines passed and Pastor Gaines stating that His wishes for his son to continue to spread his message. I also remember a power struggle within the church very soon after Pastor Gaines died with the Deacons of Abundant life. Pastor Ryan Gaines unfortunately had to bear some extremely ugly times and slanderous words against him and his family during this time. Through this he has persevered and with great sacrifice and support from members and family held the church together despite the attempts by ignorant and insensitive people to undermine this great church and the legacy of Pastor Robert Gaines. Pastor Gaines in my opinion continues this legacy and has done positive things for his members and community. That is what Pastor Robert Gaines wanted to accomplish and would be very proud of his son.

This is a loving and Holy Spirit filled church with a positive atmosphere. No judging going on here and a great place to come if you are looking for a church home. The Pastor speaks from the heart and shows love to every single person who walks through the door.

Let's just say I'll pray for Pastor Ryan that he'll follow the spirit of God not the spirit of his family. May his father rest in peace..I believe he's not allowing God to use his unique talents & abilities because he's trying to walk in the shadows of the late Pastor Gaines. Upon giving a Prophetic Word to Pastor Ryan, which he called being disrespectful, he revoked my membership & threatened to call the police on me if I'd ever return to that church. Please Pray for Pastor Gaines that he hears what the Spirit of the Lord is saying to him. I believe he is a man after Gods heart, however; his faith is in the family keeping the church together instead of having (All his faith) in God!
