Eric was recommended to me by an Estate Agent. I have to say he was very prompt with carrying out the survey and was happy to speak to me afterwards about it and explain anything I was unsure of.
Excellent and prompt service. Used Eric a couple of times now for Homebuyers Survey and been very happy with a full informative report
Mr Distin was fabulous. He gave comprehensive and honest advice, visited the property within a tight time frame and produced the report almost immediately afterwards. He was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced and we were delighted with the service we received.
