I can not describe in words the fantastic experience I had with my family! Starting with the staff, extremely kind and helpful, then dinner.. wow.. forget anything you thought you know about german cuisine, I think we just found the heaven! And at the end the owner took time to take a photo with us !!! Thank you for this memorable dinner!

Visited my german friend in Munich and both of us got pleasantly surprised. The best food and hospitality ever. Also the staff spoke English with me, even though it's a local and non-touristy place. Nothing, and I mean nothing, is there that was not satisfactory. Overall a 5 (6 if I could) experience.
This is the best Schnitzel I've ever had, ever. Incredibly friendly service, awesome Atmosphäre. The portions are GIANT! Three of us split two schnitzel dishes and had leftovers to take home. Not to be missed, the Kaiserschmarrn. Again, enough for a whole party to share.
I would give 7 stars if possible. The two additional stars would be for the high quality of the mostly home made food and for the warmth of the English speaking staff and cook. Wirtshaus Kreuzeder is definitely worth a trip even if you don't visit the Therme Erding. The portions are very generous and the prices are reasonable given the quality of the food. The friendly English speaking staff goes out of their way to translate the Bavarian menu, check on the guests, and make sure every guest is enjoying themself. Very friendly towards children. The food is out of this world! Highly recommended! The cook is taking the traditional Bavarian \Wirtshaus\ to the level of an upscale French country inn in Alsace. Easy parking on the side of the house. No credit cards.
This place was very good with very authentic German cuisine done right. I would recommend the schnitzel which was made from veal and is at the bottom of the menu. The menu is all in Germany, but feel free to ask your neighbor since it is communal seating. The waitress also speak English. They are extremely busy so dont be discouraged if it take them some time to take your order, it worth the wait.
