The facilities were good, however, the safety measures were very bad. We found our room door open one time but nothing is missing. The worst thing that the shower booth is made from very bad glass. While I'm taking a shower, the glass broke and i got injured in several parts of my body, the hotel management didn't take the issue seriously, i didn't want to make a problem as my Turkish is not very good. As I said the facilities including gardens, swimming pool and other facilities are good but you have to maintain your safety. COVID19 preventive measures are very poor as well.
Foods are really amazing there were many types of meal. The sea was close to hotel that was important point. Hotel rooms are little bit dirty and smelled bad. Animation team was so enjoyable and happy all the time.
Quiet and beautiful place to stay, with exclusive beach, two swimming pools, well quality in foods and services. The only problem was distance from the city centre.
the room was a disaster, it was dirty and wasn't ready when we arrived, the bathroom was smelly, the shower drain was blocked, the toilet was yellow, the water machine was full of dirt, the tv remote was broken, the conditioner had a problem which you can't turn it off, but the outer decoration was pretty, the food was ordinary , the pool was nice ,the beach is rocky, overall: it should not get a 5 stars, for its rooms 2 stars is more then enough, for outside is 4 stars very high prices considering it's bad quality rooms. in Alanya much prettier much cheaper. I don't recommended it
We had lovely time. Staff was so helpful. Hotel hygiene is very good and clean rooms, entertainment for kids was very good for adults not bad can be better. Food was very good they need to put little bit more options for kids. Only down side was beach we couldn’t use because of the rocks and stones.
Hotel is large and very well served. Beach is clean and swimming pool are clean. Food is well organized and presented.
