TERRIBLE SERVICE / DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE UP FRONT!!! *CAUTION!!! -Regretfully purchased a cold room advertised on eBay, via email we agreed a total price to deliver and install to London (HUGE MISTAKE - as not protected by PayPal etc). - Told if we paid via transfer super quick that night they could maybe hurry through the delivery to Friday. -Well despite paying straight away that never happened but Saturday was offered so great. -Saturday cancelled, has to be Sunday afternoon, they would confirm an hour before setting off. - Wasted the whole afternoon waiting around until nearly 5pm with no call back or emails they suddebly turned up. - Unloaded the unit (not in the cleanest of condition ) . -Realise the maximum measurements don't allow for the 40cm chiller unit to be hung on one side. -'Installation' guys were nice but totally unqualified to deal with electricals so even if it had fit they admitted they wouldn't hook up the chiller unit??? This is installation no? - After heated conversations with the manager the guys leave me with all the cost pack pieces stood around the room and a chill unit that's filthy with exposed wiring which hasn't been PAT tested. - Refused an exchange or even an upgrade to something suitable. - Of the 2,200 we paid in good faith, 400 was for installation and delivery... Installation couldn't hence didn't happen, and delivery was twice late. - Again refused point blank any kind of reimbursement for them not actually fulfilling the service as agreed (a good 3-4 hour job).... If we can salvage the parts we will have to pay a specialist to come and work a miracle. - No further response to a solution so will be looking to legal help out of principal more than anything. -The worst service I have ever experienced, shame on you!
