Initially when booking this lot they were pretty good. Engineer came as arranged quickly and on time, so far so good. After 45 mins or so engineer diagnosed two issues with a sensor problem and a new heating element was also ‘found’ to be a issue despite our machine never having had any hot water problems. So a new element was recommended and fitted which was around 80 on top of the 90 call out fee. Washing machine did three washes later the same day, all good. Then, the next day the same problem we’d initially called about reappeared. When we called back the shop the engineer came back the next day and said he didn’t know what the fault was and couldn’t repair the machine!! So after initially diagnosing a problem with the element which didn’t have any relation to the original fault we were charged the element and labour which we didn’t need as despite the original diagnosis the machine is now useless. To top it all the engineer said that he’d look up some prices of a new machine (purchase from Suddies obviously) and gave us quotes for a couple of machines we found 100 quid cheaper elsewhere!! Cheers for taking advantage during a pandemic when money is tight. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, bloody angry yes. I may as well gone out and chucked 80 Dow the drain for all the difference it made. I won’t be recommending them to anyone I know. AVOID!!

Found this company by accident when needing an urgent washing machine repair done in an apartment I rent out. Found them wholly efficient from start to finish. After a conversation to confirm my details a repair was booked for the following day and Suddies liaised with both the tenant and managing agents to gain access at a convenient time. The ten year old machine was repaired and is working as new when I believe some would have come in and condemned the machine to gain a sale. One hundred percent trust their honesty and integrity, had to provide my payment details up front which I understand but the visit, labour and parts were charged at a reasonable rate and all was done in little over twenty four hours. Highly commended and a really pleasant surprise in this day and age.
What a friendly, professional, extremely helpful gentleman you have working with you! I didn’t catch his name but he came round this morning (phoned me on the way to say he was on his way – another tick) to repair our washing machine, he went above and beyond! Absolutely fabulous service, I would highly recommend him. Many thanks, not only for a working washing machine but for a highly competent service!
