I have worked at Rosebery Manor since 2014 and am so proud of all our team who have definitely gone above and beyond over those years. Wonderful relationships exist between team members and residents, as well as with resident families. We have laughed and cried together through all the ups and downs of normal life, and although the pandemic has made the last 12 months incredibly difficult, the team has continued to look after our residents and keep them entertained, even though everything is now so different.

Over the last 5 years I have visited two of my neighbours on several occasions at Rosebery Manor and each time have found the entire team really helpful and readily available. It is easy to see that they all know their residents very well along with their family and friends who are made welcome when visiting . It's very clear that everyone living at this beautiful home is well cared for in a very respectful way and I would definitely recommend Rosebery Manor for anyone whatever support is needed.

I was so impressed by the efficient, safe and calm process the management and staff team at Rosebery Manor had organised the delivery of the vaccines to their residents and staff. A doctor was going round to each resident and staff lined up to see the nurse for theirs. The home is undoubtedly stunning with lots of amenities, but it was the warm welcome and friendliness of the staff that greeted me and the attentiveness they showed their residents that captured me.

I recently visited Rosebury Manor when receiving my COVID-19 vaccine. I was most impressed by the environment as well as the kind and caring staff. The home is beautiful and immaculately presented and staff that helped me were delightful. They went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and were very efficient throughout the whole process. They even kindly invited me back for a coffee and a cake in the future! An offer that i will certainly be taking them up on!

This is a beautiful home with caring staff. I have always been so well looked after when I was able to visit, making sure I had a cup of tea, biscuits and a beautiful home cooked lunch if I wanted.
