Utterly impeccable service and beyond help! If you have tooth pain then call this surgery as they are fantastic! During lockdown I broke a tooth and the pain was nothing like I have ever experienced before, after phoning every dentist in the south of England I was recommended to call MyDentist. I spoke to an incredibly friendly and helpful receptionist who didnt rush me when I explained my situation and astonishingly, she could understand what I said even with a terrible slur due to the pain being caused by the broken tooth. The lovely receptionist put me though to the clinician Alexis, she listened to my problem, totally understood that the pain was unbearable and got me in to have treatment within hours! Alexis recommendation twas to have the tooth removed, this was a very welcomed proposal as it meant it could stop the god awful pain, just hours later the tooth was removed and the elation of not being in horrific pain was gone. I simply cannot thank Alexis and the entire team at MyDentist Epsom enough for the incredible attention to care and speed of their actions, even during this pandemic, especially as no other dentist in the area would bother to help! If you need a respectable dentist with friendly and caring front of house then forget anyone else, just call and tell MyDentist Epsom your problems and they will fix them. You will not find customer service like they offer, they treat you as a person, not another pay check unlike all the other dentist in the Epsom area. I am now fully recovered and that crippling pain has gone, all thanks to Alexis and her incredible team. If I could give you more stars I would! - Even more so, Alexis called up to check up on how the healing was going, that is real care and attention to detail. Thank you once again for all your help and I look forward to seeing you at my first checkup!
