I had a detailed zoom consultation with Dr Jane for some aesthetic work. She took her time to discuss the treatment plan. I was nervous Dr Jane reassured me and explained the procedure, she made me feel comfortable. She was very professional and took great care whilst performing the treatment. I am very pleased with the results – she is amazing at what she does. She also did a follow up appointment to see how I felt about the results and gave me a honest opinion regarding further treatment. I highly recommend Dr Jane to anyone looking to have aesthetic work. Far too interested in money than anyone in a caring profession should be. I have heard of multiple occassions when they refer people to private practices when the work could be done in house. I suspect this may be because they dont make enough profit from doing certain procedures on the NHS. During COVID a receptionist was tasked to tell customers with tooth problems that they could no longer come in but providing no information about what to do next to stop pain etc. A dentist should have made those calls. I'm not sure that is caring for patients. The receptionist are generally OK although they do have the attitude that they are doing you a favour and you have to fit round their work rather than customer coming first.
