My teeth are ruined by dentists here. Got refund although the damage is permanent. I don't know about the private service but I definitely would not recommend you to take such risk if you go for NHS.
I attended the clinic today and yesterday to see my dentist and hygienist. I had been a little apprehensive about attending my appointments during COVID-19 as I have been isolating. I really didn't need to worry, the clinic has put in great health and safety measures, all while delivering their usual excellent service. I'm hoping things will be a little more normal for my next appointment, but either way, I will feel safe and as happy as anyone feels going to the dentist!
I've been going to Bupa for a few years and I have had a great experience at every appointment. My dentist is fantastic - she is professional and friendly, and everything she does is completed with precision. I recently had a tooth extracted, which was done so efficiently, it was over before I knew it! Highly recommend coming here for your checkups, fillings and other more complicated procedures!
I had such a good experience here, staff is so friendly and helpful I felt in good hands since the moment I walk in. My dentist was very professional as well, she explained to me every little detail of my procedure with an incredible amount of patience, it make me feel very safe. They did an incredible job. Highly recommend.
