Some negative reviews here, but the people I called to arrange the pick up of old furniture were helpful and friendly. The guys who came in the truck to do the pick up were exemplary in their manners and helpfulness. All for 26.27 Thanks

Very impressed with Epping Forest District Council our family lost two family members to covid-19 in April 2020. The council kindly cleared the property free of charge. This was a great help at a time when the council tips and chairty shops were closed due to the cornavirus pandemic.
Waste collections and street cleaning are outsourced to a private company dealing with people directly employed by the council is a waste of time.
AWFUL WORST PLACE EVER DONT CARE ABOUT ANYONE OR ANYTHING ALL STAFF RUDE!!!!!
This is ridiculous thing I ever saw in my life poor service they are just thing to get the council tax every month, they don’t care about nothing else
Staff seem always keen to help you get the best service and information. Nice and clean interior. Wheelchair friendly and an overall reliable place (especially if you are new to the area)
