Blatant disregard by a customer to wearing a face mask. Staff (who are lovely) have mentioned it to customer (man, late 20s with beard) before but he won't listen. Doesn't even use entrance to takeaway area. Instead just walked through the shop and started chatting to the chef at close distance. Terrible! Such a shame as the shop itself is lovely and I've recently started using it. I appreciate your response. Unfortunately my shopping experience was not as comfortable as it could be, especially when a customer (who is known by the staff for repeatedly breaking the face mask rule) is allowed to enter the shop unchallenged. Other food stores manage to enforce the rule why can't you? However, I did state that the staff are lovely as are your products. Don't let one customer ruin your reputation and put others at risk. I've raised the star rating to two. Thanks

Went for breakfast at the farm, prior to doing our shop. The social distancing measures in place were followed, but more importantly the breakfast was delicious. After the breakfast we bought, lamb, burgers , liver and sausages from the butcher, and the quality was superb . The farm shop has been open throughout this pandemic, but it was great to see the restaurant, wine shop and farm open again. Keep up the great standards and service. Thanks

The staff at Ashlyn's are working so hard to keep everyone safe. One of the best places I've been. We went in for a takeaway breakfast, enjoyed it in the car then bought some goodies from the shop. Please keep supporting such a lovely local business.

Had breakfast here with my wife, restaurant was cold inside, especially when sat by an open door which led to another area (the staff seated us here, not out choice) when asked if we could be moved, they pointed in the direction of one other table, but we would have to vacate it within 30 mins as it was booked (restaurant was empty) We declined as not enough time to enjoy our breakfast. On a plus side there is no denying the food was nice. Would I eat there again no In all honesty, you're better off going to Poppy's in Epping, which I can highly recommend.

Normally go for breakfast but due to Lockdown looming we went for Sunday lunch. Fantastic!!
