The Bristol hotel is undoubtedly one of the most elegant and exclusive, as is its refined restaurant overlooking the interior garden. Each dish is a creation both in its presentation and in its taste. A great gastronomic experience. I highly recommended this restaurant.

Had lunch tasting menu in June 2019 for my fiancee's birthday and it was incredible. The staff was knowledgeable, passionate, and charming in a Parisian Wes Anderson Movie kind of way. Sometimes these tasting menus can be a bit much in terms of the amount of food, but it was perfect for a mid day meal. The cheese course at the end was the best I've had in 5 years. There was a champagne cheese which I still think about. Well done to the staff, chef, and cheese sommelier. What a great memory.
We arrived about ten minutes late for our reservation and received a very warm welcome and seated right away. The space is modern, well arranged and modern music played at a comfortable level in the background. Most of the team spoke perfect English and did a wonderful job explaining each dish and the wine paired with it. Every course was delicious, well presented and well portioned.
My favorite restaurant in Paris, quickly becoming my favorite in the world. Be sure to make reservations at least a few weeks in advanced as they get booked up pretty quickly.
I just wasn’t a big fan of this place- which makes me sad. I wanted to love it. The dining room is beautiful and everyone was very nice. But I found the food to be too heavy - I realize French food is not known for light and healthy meals- but this was heavy in a way that my meat and potato loving midwest male friends would love- maybe it is just not for me. Even the bread was too heavy and I LOVE a basic french bread. France does bread better than anyone else in the world. It is an extremely expensive restaurant- which is ok if it is worth it- but this wasn’t. At least to me. And some things were priced excessively just because they can do it- like my 40 glass of wine which was fine, but not worth that. I am in a wine club and have tasted many bottles in the 300-700 range- so I feel like I am allowed to have that opinion. Also, they wouldn’t let me take home the baccarat butterfly centerpiece at the table- they pointed out that there is a baccarat across the street and I can go buy one- but I guess I can’t actually be mad about that. I think I just wanted to like some part of my dining experience. My favorite part of the experience was the adorable cat that lived in the lobby.
The best example of what Michelin starred restaurant should be like. The service, the food, down to their attention to detail to make sure your water glass is never empty. A must try when in town!
Perhaps the best meal I’ve had in Paris this trip. The wait staff was excellent; friendly and playful. The food had some bright spots including the lobster and huge chives. Overall a fun experience and wouldn’t hesitate to try again.
