Seriously good food! I tried a violette fetuccine and the taste was amazing. The place is also very cool and relaxed and the neighouborrhood seems very hip and trendy and for locals. Seriously go eat here if you're in Toulouse.

Lovely little gem in the Carmes neighborhood run by a passionate Italian whose love for music and food makes this place the best spot for vinyls lovers and foodies. Vegan dishes can be accommodated if booked in advance, there's a small outdoor area with a few tables as well as a cave which can be booked for groups or events. The place to go if you're looking for over the top quality food and good vibes.
What a surprise, this is the real thing. Menu changes every week. Workers are super cool and kind. And food was really good and tasty, at least what I ordered, a kind of vegetarian burrito, but it showed that anything in the menu is going to be great. Definitely a place to have in mind in Toulouse when you're in the area. I will come back by sure.

Ambiance très sympathique. La serveuse est vraiment très agréable. La musique via les vinyles est super sympa. Les plats sont à des tarifs très raisonnables et permettent de composer un menu selon sa faim. Très bonnes bières italiennes et une sélection de vins limitée et de qualité. Un très bon moment
Excellent ! Petit restaurant italien situé au niveau de Palais Justice. Un menu réduit qui permet de proposer des produits frais et surtout de qualité. Le rapport qualité prix est juste au top ! Le service (aux petits oignons) est rapide. Les bières italiennes sont bien évidement à tester. Bilan une excellente surprise.
