This comapny is a fraud, non responsive customer service! We had our home charging point installed a week ago, it stopped working 3 days ago, it doesn't charge and the app shows that it's connected for 24 hours even after we disconnected the car and switched the main switch off and back multiple times! We called customer service, was told that we will receive a call back in 10 minutes, waited for a day, no reply. We called back 3 times subsequently, all told that a technician will call us back, but still no call back! This is extremely frustrating and stressful, given how much we paid for the charger and the incovenience we had to deal with to take our car out to recharge during Covid19 (and the car battery was so low we almost couldn't reach the charging station). I suggest you avoid this company and find another supplier who does care about their customers!

Over the last two years EO have been one of our main suppliers for charge points. With a great product and brilliant customer service we couldn't ask for a better partnership.

Had some technical issues but went out of their way to help address the problems. Great customer service.

I have invested so much time trying to get my charger installed with this company. Whilst EO staff are very helpful, they seem to use installation contractors that work on a default is ‘no’ basis. I strongly suggest considering other suppliers as I have just spoken to a competitor who is happy to install a charger within 72 hours, no issues. To date I have invested 10’s of hours with EO’s ‘computer says no’ contractors who seem to be able to assess all aspects of an installation without moving a muscle or even discussing with me. It appears that they prefer just the simple jobs and nothing that requires 5 minutes of thought. My house was completely re-wired 3 months ago and fully certified by an expert who advised that a 32amp car charger was absolutely no concern on my 100amp main fuses. (I have two protection fuses and surge protection) and live in a modest 4 bed town house built in 1991. Six other identical houses have 32amp EV chargers (not EO) with no issues. Buying an electric car is meant to be a good thing yet my experience to date with EO makes me think that they just aren’t ready to deal with the real world.

We used this firm to put in electric charging points and 12 months later they are still not working. We paid 6,000 for the system and still cannot use it. They have come out many many many times causing massive inconvenience and I have come in to the office again today and they are not working at all. This is ridiculous so I spoke to their technical team. His answer and I quote was \I don't see how you have been inconvenienced you have normal plugs in the building and you are able to use those\ WOW THEY ACTUALLY SAY THAT YOU SHOULD NOT USE THEIR PRODUCT AFTER MONTHS OF PROBLEMS AND SO FAR HAVE REFUSED ANY REFUND AND HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO ME FOR WEEKS AFTER ASKING FOR ONE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!
