Excellent customer service, prompt responses and efficient engineers!!! Water leak was spotted in living room, coming from piping (sleeve) under the flooring. It was difficult to access and repair, but Matt and his team has done a fantastic job and fixed with priority.
Matt is amazing at what he does. No matter what work I need to instruct him to do , where in the UK it is , it’s always done same day or a day after. He is so polite , helpful as are his team , specifically Kim and Kate who I speak to regularly too. Thank you for your hard work Matt it is much appreciated and doesn’t go un noticed !

Great company!! These guys went out there way to help me, I’m an elderly gentleman with limited mobility..I had roof tiles loose and hanging dangerously off my gutter due to storm Dennis, called these guys, attended within 30 minutes to save the day, special mention to their worker Jamie, he was brilliant !! 5 star service
