I'm really not happy with Enterprise at all my garage used them while my car was being fixed, when I dropped the car off that I received from redhill branch to the garage which was fine, no one called me as I was told once it was picked up I would be contacted I received nothing. A week later I get an email to say there is damage to the car ( which I may add 100% was NOT me and even the garage said they did not see any damage to the car). I got the email at 22.01 on a Friday night so could not contact anyone. I then when I rang and brought it up they said to email I received nothing back apart from pictures. I didn't have that car for a week so between me handing it back and getting that email someone has damaged it and wanting to blame me. I am not happy at all and will be taking this further!!
I rent 3-4 times a year from Redhill & it’s been a pleasure every time. Every single one of their superstar team (Hannah, Reece and more recently, Benjamin), has been courteous, considerate and a pleasure to deal with. The cars and vans I’ve hired have always been in fantastic condition, and are usually brand new. Book through the app for the best rates, and you’re good to go. I wouldn’t use any other rental service.
Excellent service, very polite and explained everything clearly. Picked up and dropped off at home. Very efficient and I wouldn't hesitate to use again.
These staff are excellent. The nicest car hire staff for a long time. Just perfect. Izzy very good.
