I have rented form the staff
I have rented from the Workington office before. However this time for expediency I reserved a van via the website. The whole team were extremely friendly, helpful and professional - especially as I arrived 30 minutes early. Not phased and to accommodate me, they prepared my vehicle ahead of time to get me on my way without delay. The Workington team always bend-over backwards to make the customer experience as streamline and enjoyable as possible and this occasion was no different. The only name I have is James Huntington, but everyone in the office contributed to the experience and are all truly excellent brand ambassadors. Really looking forward to my next hire!
I have used rent-a-car on several occasions. Each car has been clean and modern, usually almost new and a pleasure to drive. The down side can be extra insurance, or risk respray costs, to cover the possibility of a scratch whilst parked.
Usually provide a very good service and mostly accommodating to reasonable requests
