Came today to pick a car, ending up stuck in the country side with two massive bags because a computer said o\ to an address check. Careful next time that the computer doesn't say kill the customer because you might end up in troubles ! Seriously, I have been renting for years at enterprise and never came across any kind of troubles. This time however, card been refused for some reasons that none of the staff could explain neither understand apparently. I did previously paid with that card in other agencies, but that wasn't good enough, I rented so much at enterprise that I even have got a discount card from the manager of the branch I rented usually. I do have the proof on my email box of 20 contract I had with enterprise. That is not good enough either apparently. No one in this agency is capable of giving any kind of explanation neither solutions. Worst branch I have been ever. Thanks guys and bye bye enterprise, you've just lost a customer. At least give me a solution to not get stuck next time with my debit card when your website said it's fine to pay with debit card and when some previous rentals using enterprise were fine with the exact same card. Highly disappointing... And thanks again for leaving us with our bags in the middle of nowhere, very much appreciated !!

Had a courtesy car while mine was being repaired. Good service (they collected me from the repairers). Can be a little difficult to locate if you're going there.

I hire cars frequently and this is the best experience I have had. Jack and the other staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful and pleasant. Their policy is transparent and very reasonable regarding any damage to the car. And we were given virtually a brand new car. I will definitely use this branch again and have no hesitation in recommending it.
