Rang the day before our rental to tell us the van we had confirmed rental for wasn't available. Gave us one which meant many more trips required - then to ring us 8 hours into our 24 hour rental period to ask us when we'd have the van back as they needed it. Absolutely no fleet management - we also wanted to pick up from.bishop and they hadn't updated their site to say that it was actually closed so we had to go to Darlo, but confirmed the hire from there. Only found out when we went to pick up and it was abandoned. One star is generous. Never again.

The Vehicle Hire itself was excellent, I had been upgraded to a Micro Bus. HOWEVER I am extremely disappointed at being obliged to pay excess regarding a dent put in the bonnet of the Vehicle by a random act !! I encountered an \EDL\ protest whilst In Leeds and a random protester threw a projectile at the Vehicle, only later did I realise it had been a bottle and it left a crease on the ridge of the bonnet. Whilst it was not Enterprises fault, it was not mine either!! It is unfair that I was penalised. Staff did not even seem interested in my misadventure. It was a minor crease, and surely it would not have been a major loss for Enterprise, it was just Bad Luck like a falling tree branch or similar. This has soured a very good interaction:-( I paid up, I probably should have protested harder at the time, but it has really bugged me in retrospect.

I arrived early at opening hours on Friday morning due to my own car showing major faults and being unsafe to drive even though being apparently fixed. I was due to go on a short break and already late due to my own car breaking down. All of the staff at Enterprise could not have been more accommodating at getting a car sorted. The man who served me even went out of his way to help a member of staff clean the car so I could be on my way ASAP as it was going to take 30-40 minutes and I was already late so it took much quicker. Everything about the car was explained to efficiency and I was on my way within 25 minutes. Thank you all for making my weekend a little less stress free!
Booked a car over a week ago, using Blue light discount. They rang to get licence details etc the nexy day. Turn up to collect the car on the day to be told they couldn't find my husband registered at our address, a house we bought over 5 years ago and are register to vote from! They had over over a week to ring about this and left it until the day we needed the car, oh BUT if we had a credit card we could take the car away?! Thanks for ruining our family holiday before we even got left Darlington.
