Absolutely useless service. Hired a car for 12 pm yesterday and when I arrived to fetch it there was no car. I was told to go back home and a car would be delivered to me shortly. After waiting hours and phoning multiple times I was continuously promised that a car was coming and eventually told the after hours team would bring me a car. It’s now over 20 hours later and I still have no car and no one at the call centre can give me any answers or even let me know if I’m getting a car at all!!!!! I’m shocked at how horrific your service is.
I live and work abroad in Saudi Arabia and return home every 3 months. I always Rent a Car. I rented a car from Enterprise Gateshead Team Valley approx two years ago and I will not go any where else. The Service from the staff is the main reason as they are superb. They will go out of their way to help you and I especially like the Pick up Service. Cost is another factor and Enterprise are very very competitive with an excellent choice of clean new vehicles. To Summarize I am delighted with the Excellent all round Service and experience i get From Enterprise Gateshead Team Valley. Regards Thomas Cleary
