Excellent speedy service from the young man at Fazely on the outward and return visits. Great car. A disappointment that there was no return lifts available, but understandable. Luckily my sister lives in Lichfield so was able to pick me up to return me to the boat. My only comment would be PLEASE could all Enterprise staff be instructed on how to wear a face mask safely? There really should be no touching of the front of the mask, or there's little point in wearing them ;-)

Not particularly very good service when hire a car online. Have money taken off you. Then refuse the car because you dont have a credit card to pay a deposit. I've not been informed when I'm receiving the money back as the service was not supplied.
