Absolutely brilliant staff at the Shrewsbury branch. Extremely helpful, polite, nothing was too much as they went above any beyond to get us the vehicle after arriving a little late from wherever it was being delivered. Would thoroughly reccomend.

Have used them for last 3 years when I come to uk, Oswestry staff have always been fantastic, especially Cherri, now with Covid had to use Shrewsbury, Ben and Keira have been brilliant, nothing too much trouble
I recently received excellent service from both Molly and Ryan who both made the process of venting a van really quick and straight forward. Molly in particular went the extra mile to demonstrate Enterprise's excellent customer service. I will return here every time
I've used a couple of enterprise vehicles over the last few years and the service is pretty decent. The site doesn't look like much but the service is actually very good. The people there were polite, though they did ring me at 8:15 the day I was due to return the vehicle which woke me up but other than that they were very helpful. Vehicle was basically new and in good nick. Would recommend the service to anyone looking to hire a car for a temporary time.
