Booked a large van for house move only to be let down the afternoon before despite being assured it was definitely available. Disgusting service when they couldn’t offer any alternative either. Felt sorry for the man that telephoned as I was furious and do not expect this service from a national company.

Dropped a colleague off here in the works van. Waited whilst the necessary paperwork was completed. I left the engine running and the heating on a medium setting as it was cold outside. My colleague followed me back to the factory as they weren't too sure of the route. From what I could see, the car was being driven with care, so for me it's a 4 Star. Thanks guys !!
Really not a good service. Booked a car for 8 am, we received a call 7.50 and the staff stated that the car will be ready 9.30 am. Too late for us. Why they did accept the booking? We had to arrange to use a cab with 2 kids and their car seats. The worst ever service.
Rented a van from Enterprise. I have to say you know what to expect with these guys I've always found them to be reliable.
