Friendly staff. Used through my insurance company - I was asked if I wanted to pay extra to upgrade my car, which I declined, and was given the upgraded car anyway as they didn't have the model I should have had in - so could have been ripped off but dodged this. Car was great, handover process smooth. I had calls several weeks after the rental ended from enterprise telling me I may be charged for extra days' hire as the garage where my car was being repaired was closed over the bank holiday - completely unnecessary - I spoke to my insurance company and they said all was sorted. Nice on the outside, but be careful...
