Very quick service to supply vehicle via insurance company after miss hap with own vehicle.
Bad experience. Returned a courtesy car, everything was good on the car then was told there was a small tear on the tyre. Was asked for 700 excess which I couldn't afford so no payment on the day. Have now been invoiced 300 within 14 days or debt recovery will proceed. Enquired with kwik fit and national tyres for a premium run flat and the tyre, it ranged from 100-120. Have been in contact trying to resolve this with enterprise but all communications have been rude and unhelpful. Definitely would not recommend enterprise if you need any sort or hire car
My girlfriend and I arrived on Friday without any reservation and we were looking to rent a car for 3 days without really knowing were we would end up. Russel and James were very understanding and helpful. They rented us the Renault Capture for our road trip and it was perfect. We really had a good experience from the beginning to the dop off with them. It was our first car rental experience and we will definitely rent again and recommend to others!
