Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Norwich

Truly excellent experience, five stars from start to finish. Customer service went above expectations, professional, helpful and friendly. I was lucky enough to get a brand new Jaguar XE r-sport with just over 400 miles on the odometer, hired for a long weekend and really didn't want to return it by the end (I would highly recommend). Will definitely use them again in the future and wouldn't think twice about recommending them.

Nothing but a fantastic experience with Enterprise in Norwich. My car was damaged in an accident and they organised a nearly brand new, clean and high end courtesy car for me. They even picked me up from my house, and took be to collect my car once I dropped the courtesy car back off to them. I’d like to extend my thanks to the four people I dealt with especially - being Georgia, Ryan, Alex and Matthew (apologies if I haven’t got the names right!) who made sure that an otherwise bad experience of my car being damaged was as smooth, painless and easy as possible. They are a real credit to their company.
