I was extremely pleased with the service I received when picking my courtesy car up. In the current climate, I was made to feel very safe while I was driven to pick my car up. The lady driver was very friendly. Thank you

I hired a car for the weekend. Staff were friendly and helpful. The car was spotless and felt like new to drive! I'm definitely going to use them again in the future! Would highly recommend!

After being let down by another company I frantically rang enterprise, they could not have been any more professional, from beginning to end the process was seamless. I highly recommend the Scotswood branch. If you happen to be passing it's worth popping in to see Michael's Christmas jumper, it is by far the best I've seen this season Thanks again folks.

Please be aware of returning vehicles here and being ushered into the office while they “CHECK” for damage while you are not there. Well known Enterprise car hire way of not giving customers deposit back. Google “Enterprise tyre scam “and surprise surprise ,how many customers are being hit with the “ it wasn’t there when you took the vehicle according to our records”and then trying to be all friendly with you ,knowing you are not getting your deposit back.ABSOLUTE SCUM. One of the most dishonest SLY companies out there who “know”they have to make their wages up by tricking customers and then it’s there word against yours. Would rather walk 10 miles over broken glass with no shoes on than use Enterprise car hire. Cannot believe these have not been on Rogue traders YET??????
