The attitude of the staff is shocking. One mad FaceTiming some one whilst talking to me. They had given me the wrong size vehicle and didn’t care. No clarification, poor management and terrible service.
They gave me a nice courtesy car, but I didn't understood why I had to pay them extra insurance? Courtesy car service was full paid by my insurance.
Car delivered but the clutch was shot. Had to contact the AA recovery to assist in moving the vehicle back to the enterprise office at 1130pm. Enterprise supplied a replacement the next day. To be fair, things happen and they dealt with it professionally. The original delivery driver was very young so possibly didn't realise there was a problem with the clutch.
