Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Exeter South

This department doesn't even deserve one star . They owe me a refund for over a month now, I have called 4 times being polite and patient and they keep telling me they have chased it and I should wait another week and nothing comes back. They have also now charged me 6.54 which I now see that it is for the \monthly plan\ what monthly plan? in NO CASE I signed a monthly plan and when they introduced me to their car club deal they said it's no different than any other of their rentals - I remember because I specifically asked . Every time I have called I keep getting promised a call back and they never call back. Their customer service has been appalling and I STRONGLY recommend you don't get involved with them.

I booked late so I ended up driving a Luton instead of a transit but I managed fine. They were very accommodating.

The following is based on my personal experience with Enterprise in May 2020. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS If you are looking to hire a dangerous vehicle with multiple nails in the tyre which could kill you then go to Enterprise. If you want a safe vehicle the based AVOID Enterprise like the plague. Their 'safety' check is rubbish. They provided me with a vehicle which had multiple nails in at least one tyre which according to the AA recovery driver could have exploded at any time, possibly causing a catastrophic crash. Their response to this was abysmal. Customer service at it's worst. Use anybody but Enterprise.
