I didn't quite catch the gentleman's name serving us but he was so nice and helpful. The poor soul was all alone on a very busy Saturday but customer care was his number one priority. Will happily use again.

Like the other 2 branches (Bow and Thornton Heath), the staff at the Brimsdown Branch always provide good customer Service every time I've hired a van or car. Shout out to Derek, Mehmet, Matt and others I have not mentioned who are always polite and helpful. Great staff with the right attitude
the web site prices no longer make sense - well over a hundred bucks for a couple of hours rent! Common save stars for better days. Are they using corona-virus to hike prices or what! Maybe the web site calculations are a bit dummy as it makes no sense. a days rent should be no more than 50 to 60 pounds.
All the staff I have met have been great. Very friendly and welcoming. Excellent customer service. Have used them several times to hire cars and vans. The vehicles are always clean and run smoothly. I'd recommend them to anyone
