The staff at the Eastbourne branch are friendly and helpful, however when I rented a van I paid in advance but due to a issue with the van I was delayed and transferred to a different van belonging to a different part of the enterprise business who have billed me double what I originally paid despite paying in advance, the staff at eastbourne have tried to contact the enterprise car club on my behalf but they don't even respond to internal emails and the phone number in their emails does not work, if they mention the enterprise car club avoid avoid avoid

Took a van from this branch on Friday the 29/01/21. I did say to the young lad who took our money that the van is badly damaged, he said its not going to a problem. He said it road legal. I then videoed the whole van. Now I returned the van to the bath branch on the 30th of the Jan. So I had the van for one day. You can clearly see the damage on the video I have made but on the video you can't see one scratch and the rear badge is missing I didn't get that on video as was focusing on the rear bumper as that was badly cracked and scratched. Now I've lost my deposit because the bath branch think I've lost the badge and scratched the door!!!!! I'm outraged!!! East borne call me to rectify this or I swear ill be going to local businesses getting there cctv and then I'll be taking you to small claims court!!! The bath branch said you have not logged any damage to the van so it should be in mint condition and it needs repairs before going out again!! That is what lindsey from the bath branch where I dropped it off said!!! Why give me a van what needs repairs??? It more than unprofessional it's dangerous, lucky I have it on video of what she said as my partner was recording the conversation on her phone!!! See you in court enterprize!!
I have been a loyal customer of Enterprise Cars in Eastbourne for many years. I went online for a quote as I needed a large van for a small removal for my daughter for one day; this usually cost me around 60 for the day. The price has been quoted online today is 204 per day. When I contacted Enterprise to check if this was correct as it seemed excessive, the sales team at Enterprise explained that due to COVID-19 there is increased demand as we are coming out of lockdown, more people need vans; therefore, it's supply and demand. This is how they justified the extortionate cost. Making money from the Coronavirus is disgusting; they should be ashamed of themselves. I am pleased to say that I have phoned another company called CHOICE VEHICLE RENTAL and was quoted a more reasonable price that I would expect to pay for this service of 51 per day.
