Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Christchurch

Picked up hire car yesterday and their systems were down making it nigh on impossible to complete any transaction. Queues were building but the young team there worked together calmly and professionally, with a sense of humour with empathy for the customers they were holding up. We got there eventually but hats off to them all..great team work . Gisele...lively and on the ball, really impressed with your tenacity! So far so good with the vehicle too. Thanks for the hand over Peter.

If you rent a van, beware, they are lined with 1m thin plywood, if you use the van to move furniture they will certainly damage the inside which is like an egg shell, any damage is recorded and you lose your deposit. Why would anyone use cheap to buy 1mm ply to line the inside of a van? No one does this, but enterprise. Be very careful.

Booked a car in the morning for the next day then was contacted at 4pm by the branch to say they have no cars available! Why allow me to book if there are no cars available and why wait to inform me of this last minute so that I won’t be able to book a hire car in time. Absolutely disgraceful and I will not be booking with them again.

I had a hire car from them as replacement for my car, which went in for repair through an insurance claim. Although their timings for collection and drop off are a bit late, I can honestly say I had a great experience. Lovely car and very pleasant everytime I spoke to them. Following this experience, I would definately use them again without hesitation
