After telling our party that the car wasn’t ready to be delivered we got a Taxi to the office where Scot refunded the taxi journey and Bertie was extremely helpful thank you to those two lads for being so efficient. They made it easy for us to get on our way thanks guys
Where do I start, hired a vehicle from local branch the vehicle was 2.5 hours late and dropped off at a different location than first agreed, the vehicle had no fuel and was a different vehicle than I had asked for. I was given the wrong information of the the fuel of the vehicle, there was nothing to indicate fuel type on the key. When they delivered the vehicle the tablet died as they arrived so late so they could not finalise the payment so they took my card details and done it back at the branch the following day. I made a complaint but have not had a reply no suprise. But they are quick to Bill you and will look for any way possible to take money from you, they even took an unauthorized transaction from my bank account, they have no morals and will not admit when at fault. Do not use this company.
Quick even in Covid UK Nice clean car on collection and return was nice quick and easy.
Excellent service and no drama. Even got a free upgrade. Will be using again soon.
