Due to family bereavement I needed to drop off my car at the branch at Bell Hill Bristol, not at the Plymouth branch as arranged. The representative at Bell Hill was so kind and made a difficult time less stressful. Thank you, I am sorry I didn't get your name, but your kindness was much appreciated.

Needed to hire a van for the day. They were the best price i could find. Only did 23 miles so they didn't require any payment for fuel. Happy days!!!!!

I wish I can give 0 star.. I picked up a courtesy van cca 4 weeks ago due that my van was with a garage to repair it. The guy who give me a key did not even checked around the car with me. I took a car back and they charged me for 2 small dent what is quite visible...on the car back door as they said wasn't there when I asked them I want to speak with the guy who gave the key to me the lady said nobody else working here just her and an other man in the office I said no its not true as I get a key from a third guy they said no its impossible so at the end i needed to pay my insurance excess which was cost me 400 and they said if the repair will be less this the company will refund me, that was my rent payment btw.. Luckily I got witness and photo so I will start the claim againts them as I rhink It was incorrect also strange the 3rd person from my friends said they had a same issue its seems these guy charge how they want. Could you please send me a contact details that my solicitor start the process?

be careful with this company!!! if you rent a car take full insurance because if it wasn't your fault were unlikely That They will give you money back access of your claim . my situation it’s 6 months and on the end They closed claim and put like it’s my fault. it’s ridiculous. I felled up all form I have photo evidence and Damage recovery unite They don’t care They don’t want sort out this case.
